Hollymead Capital’s team is highly experienced in evaluating and completing the acquisition of small and mid-sized businesses. We have decided to apply this experience to seeking, acquiring and operating a portfolio of established food and beverage companies in our region. Our priority is to use leverage to successfully transition closely held companies as well as business units of larger companies.
